About Us

The Engineers Group (EG) is a private Libyan company that provides consultancy services in a wide range of technical disciplines.

It has a selection of consultant engineers with experience in the fields of planning, design and implementation of all types of projects. The company’s head office is Located in the city of Benghazi on Shohadaa Sidi Husain St. – Eskabli Area – Building no.50.

The Company's Organizational Structure

EG consists of a board of directors which includes the founders of the company as well as members of a committee to monitor the work and submit its reports to the company’s general assembly. The company also has a technical department that supervises the work assigned alongside the completion of the designs as well as a financial department to follow up on the company’s financial procedures and an administrative director that is responsible for the company’s administrative affairs and public relations.

EG adopts the policy of assigning a special work team for each new project to undertake its tasks throughout the project’s work period. This team consists of a group of experienced and qualified individuals to perform the tasks related to the project, varying from permanent and full-time individuals to an elite group that the company specially employs according to its need.

The work team is headed by a project manager who is responsible for pushing and directing its activities. All members of the team are responsible for their tasks within the limits of their specializations according to the project manager, in addition to the company’s senior management, to create quality performance and for the design’s conformity with the technical specifications set for each project. Everyone efficiently performs the tasks entrusted to them within the framework of the timetable and budget specified for the project.

Services

EG has extensive experience in various engineering fields, starting with feasibility studies (technical, financial and economic) up to supervising its implementation and start-up, including all engineering stages from study and evaluation of projects, selection of sites and designs, preparation of bid documents, project management, technical inspection, quality control, supervision of implementation, installation of equipment, start-up of projects and the training of workers.

Experience

EG have successfully completed a number of huge projects in Libya. These projects have covered the areas of study, evaluation, design, management and the supervision of the implementation of urban planning projects, architecture & urban development, civil engineering & utilities, drinking water, sewage, electricity, communication systems, roads and geotechnical studies.
